My goals in life
To be a humble servant.
To be married and have kids someday.
To reach the lost world with the gospel.
To learn to give up my own way cheerfully.
To know God more and more each day.
To learn what God desires for me as a Christian woman and follow it.
To make a difference in the life of everyone I know.

 Some convictions
I believe in God's design for the family - marriage is made up of a man and a woman, and children are a blessing. (Genesis 2:24, Lev. 18:22, Psalm 127:3)
I believe that life begins at conception and that abortion is murder - but we need to reach the hurting girls who are having abortions, not just save the babies! Anger and judgment are not ours to dish out. (Ex. 21:22-25, Psalm 139 13-16, Luke 6:37)
I believe women and men are distinctly different and have different roles - men are leaders; women are helpers. When this is lived out biblically, it is beautiful, not oppressive. (Gen 2:18-22, Eph. 5:22-25)
I believe that the Bible commands purity - total abstinence from sexual activity or any hint of it outside of marriage. We are also to guard our hearts, knowing that sin in our heart is as bad as sin in our actions. (Eph. 5:3, 1 Thess. 5:22, Matt. 5:27-28, Prov. 4:23)
I believe that people should dress modestly. As far as what the specifics of that are, it's not up to me to say, although the Bible does have some clear points about it. It comes down to obeying your authorities and the Holy Spirit, and finding out how to not be a stumbling block to brothers or sisters in Christ. (1 Tim. 2:9, Rom. 13:2, John 14:16, Rom. 14:13)
I believe that Christians must be careful what they watch, read, listen to, etc. To approve of a sin or joke about it is to scorn Christ's holiness - we should never be entertained by something Christ died for. (Rom. 1:32, Eph. 5:3-4)

Truth is, we all fall short of these standards. But this is the goal we should strive for, and when we fall we need to quickly repent and get up again - go back to serving our Lord! (1 John 1:9, Pr. 24:17)
